Breast implant surgery usually requires a degree of maintenance. This can be due to various reasons – natural breast droop over the implant with time, pregnancy/breastfeeding-related changes or you may feel that your implant size may not suit your body shape . Breast implants can also degrade over time causing them to rupture, rotate, or develop a painful capsular contracture that can even distort the shape and feeling of your breasts.
