What to Expect at Your Appointment

During your visit to the One Stop Breast Clinic, you will receive a thorough examination and personalised care tailored to your specific needs:

  • Initial Consultation: Your appointment begins with a breast examination conducted by Vicki, our experienced specialist. Vicki will assess any concerns and decide on the most appropriate next steps.

  • Immediate Imaging: Following the examination, you will be referred directly to our radiology department for imaging. This may include a mammogram and/or an ultrasound scan, depending on your individual situation.

  • Review of Results: After your imaging, you will return to Vicki, who will discuss the results with you. If further steps, such as a biopsy or additional imaging, are necessary, these will be clearly explained and arranged.

  • Quick and Efficient Process: The entire process, including imaging and results review, is designed to be completed within 2 hours, ensuring that you leave with a clear understanding of your breast health.

Who Should Book an Appointment?

The One Stop Breast Clinic is designed for patients who have noticed any of the following symptoms or have particular concerns about their breast health:

  • Discovery of a lump in the breast or underarm

  • Dimpling, puckering, or unexplained swelling of the breast

  • Discharge from the nipple (watery, milky, yellow, or bloody)

  • Changes in skin texture on the breast (resembling the texture of an orange)

  • A family history of breast or ovarian cancer

  • Concerns regarding existing breast implants

Booking Information

Appointment Fees: The cost for the One Stop Breast Clinic starts from £780.00. This fee covers the consultation, imaging, and follow-up discussion of results.

Self-Paying Patients: No GP referral is required for self-paying patients. You can book your appointment directly with us.

Health Insurance Patients: If you are using health insurance, please confirm authorisation for this specific appointment with your provider before booking. You will need to provide the authorisation code when you make your booking.
